The Stores page is where you manage all the sales channels connected to your Printeez account. You can filter and search your connected stores, access their settings, and connect new ones.
Page Header
The top of the page displays the title Your Stores along with a count of how many stores are connected to your account.
In the top-right corner, the + Connect Store button opens the Connect a new store modal, where you can choose a platform to connect:
- Etsy
- Shopify
- WooCommerce
Note: Manual stores are not connected through this modal. They are created separately as a manual sales channel.
Filter by Platform
Use the platform filter pills to show only stores from a specific platform:
- All Platforms, shows all connected stores (default)
- Shopify
- Etsy
- WooCommerce
- Manual
Filter by Status
Use the status filter pills to show stores by their connection status:
- All Statuses : shows all stores regardless of status (default)
- Connected : store is active and syncing normally
- Disconnected : store has been disconnected from Printeez
- Error : store encountered a connection error
- Needs Reconnect : store requires re-authentication
Search
Use the Search stores... field in the top-right area to find a specific store by name.
Store Cards
Each connected store appears as a card displaying:
- Platform label (e.g., SHOPIFY, MANUAL)
- Store logo or initials icon
- Store name
- Status badge (e.g., Connected)
- Store URL with external link icon (platform stores only)
Store Card Menu
Click the ⋮ (three-dot) icon on any store card to access quick actions. Available options vary by platform:
Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce
- Sync Now : manually trigger an order import from the store
- Enable Auto-Sync : turn on automatic order importing
- Settings : open the store’s settings page
- Disconnect : remove the store connection from Printeez
Manual
- Sync Now : manually trigger a sync
- Settings : open the store’s settings page
Setup Required Banner
If a store card displays a SETUP REQUIRED banner, it means a required configuration step has not been completed. For Shopify stores, this typically means shipping rules have not been configured.
Click the Setup button on the banner to go directly to the relevant settings tab and complete the setup.
