Connecting your Printeez account to your Shopify store allows products and orders to sync automatically between the two platforms, making it easier to manage your store and fulfill orders efficiently.
Step 1: Open the Connect Store Options
- Go to Stores from the left navigation menu.
- Click the + Connect Store button in the top right corner of the Your Stores page.
- A Connect a new store modal appears showing three platform options: Etsy, Shopify, and WooCommerce.
- Click Shopify.
Step 2: Enter Your Shopify Store Information
The Connect your Shopify Store page opens. Fill in the following fields:
- Storefront address: Enter the default address of your Shopify store. It follows the format storename.myshopify.com. This is the address Shopify assigned to your store when you created it.
- Select a Currency: Choose the currency used in your Shopify store. This should match the currency you use to price your products.
Click Connect.
Step 3: Install the Printeez App in Shopify
- You will be redirected to your Shopify Admin.
- An Install app window appears showing the permissions Printeez needs to access your store data.

Click Install to approve and complete the app installation.
Step 4: Connection Completed
Once the installation is complete, you are automatically redirected back to your Printeez account. In the Stores section, your Shopify store now appears as a connected store card showing its name, store URL, currency, and a green Connected status.
What Happens When You Connect Shopify
By connecting your Shopify store to Printeez, you authorize both platforms to communicate and share order information. Once connected, orders placed on your Shopify store are automatically synced to your Printeez account within 5 minutes. You can also use the Refresh Orders button on the Orders page to manually trigger a sync at any time.
