Manual orders allow you to place orders directly through your Printeez dashboard without syncing from a connected store. You can create manual orders at any time to fulfill one-off requests or test your products.
How to Start a Manual Order
To begin, navigate to your decorated products:
- My Products in the left-side navigation menu.
- Your decorated products are displayed in a grid. Browse or use the filters to find the products you want to order.
Adding Products to Your Cart
You can add a product to your cart in two ways:
- Add to Cart button: Click the black Add to Cart button displayed below each product card.
- Three-dot menu: Click the ... menu on a product card and select Add to Cart.
When you add a product, the cart side panel slides in from the right side of the screen.
Your Cart
The cart side panel appears on the right side of the screen after adding a product. At the top of the panel you will see:
- Manual | Auto toggle: Switch between your manual orders cart and your auto-sync cart for connected stores.
- Active only toggle: Show only active (in-stock) items in your cart.
- View cart page: Opens the full cart page for more management options.
For each product in the cart, you will see:
- Product name and design name (e.g., "Heavy Blend Hoodie | My Design")
- Brand and model (e.g., Gildan 18500)
- Colour rows, each showing the colour swatch, colour name, and quantity fields per size
- Stock quantities shown below each size field
- Out of Stock indicator when a size is unavailable
- Remove link to remove a colour from the cart
- Add X more items to unlock Y% Off : A bulk discount prompt showing how many additional items are needed to reach the next pricing tier
At the bottom of the cart panel:
- Subtotal (X Items): The current subtotal for active items
- "Shipping and taxes will be calculated at checkout"
- Checkout button: Proceed directly to checkout
- Estimated ship date range
Full Cart Page
Click View cart page in the side panel, or click the Cart icon in the top-right of any page, to open the full cart page.
The full cart page provides additional management options:
- Active only toggle: Filter to show only active items
- Select All: Select all items for bulk actions
- Save as Draft Order: Save your cart as a draft order to continue later
- Edit Quantities: Edit quantities for selected items
- Delete Items: Remove selected items from the cart
The Cart Summary panel on the right shows your subtotal, a free shipping progress bar, and the Checkout button. It also shows the Clear Cart button to remove all items at once.
Bulk Discounts
Bulk discounts are automatically applied per product based on the total quantity ordered. When you are close to the next discount tier, the cart displays a prompt showing how many additional items are needed to unlock it.
Checkout
When you are ready to place your order, click Checkout. The checkout page is divided into a form on the left and an order summary on the right.
Order Number
The Order Number field is optional. Add a reference number to help identify this order in your dashboard.
Shipping Information
Enter your customer's shipping details:
- Full Name
- Phone
For the shipping address, you have two options:
- Saved addresses: Click Saved addresses to select from previously saved addresses.
- + Use a different address: Click this link to enter a new address manually.
When entering a new address, fill in the following fields:
- Address Finder: Type in the search field to automatically locate and fill in the address.
- Address (street address)
- Address line 2 (apartment, suite, unit, etc., if applicable)
- City
- State/Province (dropdown)
- Postal Code
- Country (dropdown)
If you plan to reuse this address, check Save this address to my organization.
Shipping Method
Once you have entered a complete address, the available Shipping Method options will appear. Shipping is calculated per item. Click your preferred shipping method to unlock the payment section.
Payment
Once a shipping method is selected, the payment section becomes available. You can pay using:
- Credit Card: Enter your card details in the fields provided.
- Google Pay
Order Summary
The Order Summary panel on the right side of the checkout page shows:
- Free shipping progress bar showing how much more you need to spend to qualify
- Product names, design names, quantities, and line totals
- Subtotal, Shipping, and Tax
- Total amount due
- Estimated ship date range
Click the expand arrow next to a product to review its item details.
If you have not subscribed to Printeez Premium, a banner will appear showing how much you could save on the current order by upgrading.
Finalize Your Order
When everything is correct, click the Pay $X.XX button to complete your manual order.
Your order will be submitted and will appear in your Orders list. You will receive a confirmation and can track its progress from the Orders page.
