The Orders page is your central hub for viewing and managing all orders associated with your Printeez account.
Page Header
The page title Your Orders appears at the top of the page alongside two icons:
- Help icon (?): Links to a How it works guide.
- Status Glossary icon: Opens the Status Glossary, a quick reference modal explaining all 6 order statuses available in Printeez. See the Status Glossary section below for details.
Search for an Order
Use the Search for an order... field at the top of the page to quickly locate an order by its order number.
Filter by Store
If you have multiple stores connected to your Printeez account, use the Store filter to view orders from a specific store only.
Filter by Order Status
A row of status tabs lets you filter your order list by status:
- All: Displays all orders regardless of status.
- Draft: Orders that have been started but not yet completed.
- Not Synced: Orders where items have not yet been mapped to a decorated product.
- Needs Approval: Orders ready for shipping method selection and payment.
- In Production: Orders that have been paid and are being fulfilled.
- Partially Fulfilled: Orders where some items have shipped but others are still on their way.
- Shipped: Orders where all items are en route to the customer.
- Canceled: Orders that have been canceled.

View Order Details
Under each status tab, you will see a list of all orders matching that status. Click on the Order Number to open the order detail page, where you can:
- Complete the next required step if the order is still in progress, or
- View the full order summary if the order has already been completed.
Pages & Orders Per Page
When you have many orders, two controls appear at the bottom of the order list:
- The total number of pages at the bottom left, so you know how many pages of orders are available.
- The Orders per page selector at the bottom right, which lets you choose how many orders are displayed at a time.
Status Glossary
Click the Status Glossary icon (document icon) next to the Your Orders title to open a quick reference guide covering all 6 order statuses:
Not Synced
When new orders are imported into your order dashboard, they default to Not Synced if their items are not mapped to a decorated product you have created in Printeez. You must map the order items before submitting the order to production.
Note: You can skip manual mapping by syncing your decorated product SKUs to the product SKUs in your online store. When orders are imported, Printeez can then map them automatically.
Needs Approval
When all items in the order have been mapped, the order moves to Needs Approval. At this stage, select a shipping method and confirm payment to send the order to production. We accept all major credit cards.
Note: You can save your billing method for future transactions to avoid re-entering your card details each time.
In Production
Once payment is confirmed, the order status updates to In Production. Printeez begins the fulfillment process. You can follow the item's progress from the order summary page.
Partially Fulfilled
The order is Partially Fulfilled when Printeez has started shipping some items but others have not yet been dispatched. Your customer is automatically notified with tracking information for the dispatched items and will receive additional notifications as remaining items ship.
Shipped
When all items are en route to the customer, the order status updates to Shipped. Printeez automatically updates the tracking information and sends a shipping notification to your customer. You can also track the shipment from the order summary page.
Canceled
Orders that have been imported but are not going to be fulfilled can be marked as Canceled. This action is reversible. You can also delete the order from your Printeez dashboard entirely if you prefer.
