Once your order has been submitted to production, you can return to it at any time from the Orders page to review all related details and track its progress through the production stages.
Page Header
When you open an In Production order, the top of the page displays:
- Order name and Order ID (the internal number assigned by Printeez)
- In Production status badge, followed by the creation date and the date the order was submitted to production
- Action buttons in the top-right corner (described below)
Action Buttons
The top-right corner of an In Production order shows the following buttons:
- Update Order: Modify the order before production picking has begun. Once Printeez starts picking your items, this option is no longer available.
- Cancel Order: Cancel the order before production picking has begun. Once Printeez starts picking your items, cancellation is no longer possible.
Production Warehouse
Below the header, you will see which facility is producing your order. For example: Printed in Canada by Printeez Inc
Shipping Information
The main section of the page shows a Shipping from [City, Province] card. This card contains the estimated shipping date, production delay, and all order items.
Inside this card, each product appears as a row showing:
- Quantity (shown as a number badge on the product thumbnail)
- Product name in the format: Brand Model - Size - Colour (e.g., Ogio OG101 - 2XL - Diesel Grey)
- Price per item and total price for that row
- Production Details expandable link to view the live production status for each individual item in that product row
Production Details
Click Production Details on any product row to expand the live production tracking. Each individual item (Item #1, Item #2, etc.) shows its progress across five stages:
- Inventory: Confirms the item is in stock
- Picked: The item has been pulled from inventory and is ready for printing
- Front | Printed: The item has been printed
- Front | QC Check: The item has passed quality control
- Shipped: The item has been dispatched
Each completed stage shows the date and time it was finished. Stages not yet reached remain empty.
Shipping Details
Click Shipping Details within the shipping card to expand the shipping breakdown:
- From: The Printeez warehouse city and province the order ships from (e.g., Granby, QC - Canada)
- To: The customer's city, province/state, and country
- Method: The shipping carrier selected for this order
- Cost: The shipping cost charged by Printeez
- Weight: The total order weight in lb
You can edit the Shipping Address until the shipping label is printed at the end of the production process. Once the label is printed, the address can no longer be modified.
Customer Information
The right-side panel displays the customer's details:
- Customer name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Total number of orders from this customer
- Full shipping address
Payment History
Click Payment History to open a panel displaying all transactions for this order:
- Transaction number
- Transaction date
- Payment method
- Amount
- Transaction status
- Receipt: click Download to save a PDF copy of the invoice
Updating Your Order
You can update your order as long as Printeez has not yet started picking the items. Click Update Order in the top-right corner to open the update panel.
Inside the update panel, you can:
- Remove All Items: Clear all products from the order
- + Add Product: Add new products to the order
- Change variant: Use the searchable dropdown next to a product to select a different size or colour
- Adjust quantity: Change the quantity for any item
- Change Product (swap icon): Replace a product with a different one
- Duplicate (copy icon): Duplicate a product row, useful for ordering the same design in another size
- Delete (trash icon): Remove a product from the order
Completing the Update
After making your changes:
- Continue to Shipping Info: review and confirm your shipping method
- Continue to Review: review the updated order summary
To finalize the update:
- If your changes do not involve additional charges (for example, only changing a size), click Confirm Changes.
- If you added products or increased quantities, enter your credit card information to process the additional payment, then click Pay $X.XX.
Canceling Your Order
You can cancel an In Production order as long as Printeez has not yet started picking the items. Click Cancel Order in the top-right corner.
Once picking has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
