The Duplicate Order feature lets you create a new order based on a previous one. You can reorder the exact same items or make adjustments before submitting, saving time when repeating a similar order.
How to Duplicate an Order
The Duplicate Order button is available on any order detail page, in the top-right corner next to Request Reprint. It is accessible regardless of the order status.
- Orders: click Orders in the left navigation menu to open your order list.
- Click on an order name or number to open its detail page.
- Click Duplicate Order at the top right of the page.
A Duplicate Order panel slides open over the order summary. The panel subtitle reads: "Modify your order as needed and then duplicate it to create a new order with your changes."
The Duplicate Order Panel
The panel displays an Order items table with the following columns:
- Product: product thumbnail, the decorated product name, variant (size and colour), and a print area summary
- Price: unit price for that variant
- Quantity: editable quantity field
- Total: calculated line total
Modifying Items
Changing Size or Colour
Click the variant name (e.g., Ogio OG101 - 2XL - Diesel Grey) to open a searchable dropdown listing all available sizes and colours for that product. Type in the Search sizes/colors... field to filter, then select the variant you want.
Changing Quantity
Click the quantity field next to a product and type the new quantity directly.
Row Action Icons
Each product row has three action icons on the right:
- Change Product (swap icon): replaces this item with a different decorated product from your catalog
- Duplicate (copy icon): adds another row for the same product, useful for ordering an additional size or colour of the same design
- Delete (trash icon): removes the item from the duplicated order
Adding a Product
Click + Add product in the top-right of the Order items section to add a new item that was not in the original order.
Creating the New Order
Once your items are set:
- Click Duplicate Order at the bottom right of the panel to generate the new order.
- Click Continue to Shipping Info to proceed to the shipping step.
- Complete the remaining checkout steps to finalize your order.
The new order then follows the standard order process and appears in your Orders list.
Note: if a variant is marked Out of Stock in the quantity field, select a different size or colour before duplicating.
