An order has the status Not Synced when it has been imported from your connected Shopify store, but one or more of its items have not yet been linked to a matching decorated product in your Printeez account. You must sync each unlinked item before the order can be approved and submitted for production.
Why an Order Has the Not Synced Status
When a customer places an order on your Shopify store, the order is automatically imported into your Printeez account. However, Printeez needs to know which decorated product in your catalog corresponds to each item in the order. If this link has not been set up yet, the order will show as Not Synced until you manually connect each item to the correct decorated product.
How to Sync a Not Synced Order
- Go to the Orders page from the left navigation menu.
- Find and click on the order with the status Not Synced.
- In the Order Items section, you will see the items that need to be linked. Each unlinked item shows a black Sync Product button.
- Click Sync Product next to the item you want to link.
- You will be taken to the Sync Product page where you can search for and select the matching decorated product from your Printeez catalog.
- Select the correct decorated product, then match the variants (colour and size) between your Shopify product and your Printeez decorated product.
- Click Confirm Selection to save the link.
- You are returned to the order page. A blue confirmation message appears at the top of the screen confirming the product has been synced.
- Repeat for any remaining unlinked items in the order.
Once all items in the order are linked, the order status automatically changes to Needs Approval. You can then review and submit the order for production.
