An order has the status In Production once payment has been submitted and the order has been sent to the Printeez production facility. At this stage, you can monitor the production progress and manage certain order details until the order is shipped.
1. Order Info
At the top of the order page, you will see the main order details:
- Order Number: The order number from your connected store.
- Order ID: The internal number assigned by Printeez for production tracking.
- Order Status: In Production.
- Dates: The order creation date and the date the order was submitted to production.
2. Update Order
You can update an order after it has been submitted, as long as picking has not yet started at the production facility.
Click the Update Order button in the top right corner of the order page to open the edit view.
You can make the following changes:
- Remove products from the order.
- Add new products to the order.
- Change a product to a different decorated product.
- Change the size of a product.
- Adjust the quantity of a product.
- Duplicate a product in the order.
- Delete a product from the order.
Once you have made your changes, click Continue to Shipping to select or confirm the shipping method, then click Continue to Review to review the updated order.
If no additional charge is required, click Confirm Changes. If items were added that increase the total, click Pay to submit the additional payment.
3. Production & Shipping Management
Production Warehouse
This section shows where your order is being produced. Example: Printed in Canada by Printeez Inc
Payment History
Click Payment History to open a popup window showing the transaction details for this order:
- Transaction number.
- Transaction date.
- Payment method.
- Amount.
- Transaction status.
- Receipt: Click Download to download a PDF copy of the invoice.
Cancel Order
You can cancel an order while it has not yet been picked at the production facility. Once picking has started, the order can no longer be canceled.
Shipping Information
This section displays the shipping details for the order:
- Shipping From: The Printeez production warehouse the order ships from.
- Production delay: The estimated number of business days for production before shipment.
- Estimated shipping date: The expected date the order will be shipped.
- The customer's shipping address. You can edit the address until the shipping label has been printed.
Product Details
This section lists the products in the order, including:
- Total items ordered per product.
- Product name.
- Size.
- Colour.
- Price per item.
- Total price per product.
Production Details
The Production Details section shows the live production status for each item in the order. Each step displays the date and time it was completed:
- Inventory: The item has been confirmed in stock.
- Picked: The item has been picked from the warehouse.
- Printed: The item has been printed.
- QC Check: The item has passed quality control.
- Shipped: The item has been shipped.
Shipping Details
This section includes the final shipping details once the order has been dispatched:
- From: Where the order was shipped from (Printeez warehouse).
- To: Customer's city, province/state, and country.
- Method: The shipping carrier name.
- Cost: The shipping cost charged by Printeez.
- Weight: The order weight in lb.
4. Customer Information
On the right side of the page, you will find the customer's details:
- Customer's name.
- Email address.
- Phone number.
- Total number of orders from this customer.
- Full shipping address.
