If you have canceled an order in the past, it will still appear in your Orders tab with the status Canceled. You can open the order at any time to review its details.
Order Overview
When you open an order with the status Canceled, several sections display information about the canceled order.
1. Order Info
At the top of the order page, you will see a red notification showing the Order ID and the date the order was canceled.
This section also includes the main order details:
- Order Number: The order number from your connected store.
- Order ID: The internal number assigned by Printeez for production tracking.
- Order Status: Canceled.
- Order creation date: The date the order was originally created.
External Order Info
If the order comes from a connected online store (Shopify, Etsy, or WooCommerce), you will see a yellow tag labeled External Order Info. When you hover over this tag, you will see:
- Created at: The time the order was created in your store.
- Imported Fulfillment Status: Unfulfilled or Fulfilled.
- Imported Financial Status: Paid, Partially Paid, or Unpaid.
2. Production & Order Management
Product Details
In this section, you will see the product name for each item that was in the order.
Reactivating a Canceled Order
To the left of each product, you will see a red Unvoid Product button. Click Unvoid Product if you want to process the order again. This action will reactivate the order and remove its canceled status.
Once the order is reactivated, continue the process by clicking Sync Product to link the product to your Printeez catalog.

3. Customer Information
On the right side of the page, you will find the customer's details:
- Customer's name.
- Email address.
- Phone number.
- Total number of orders from this customer.
- Full shipping address.
