Orders from your connected Shopify store are automatically synced to your Printeez account within 5 minutes of being placed by a customer. The Refresh Orders button allows you to manually trigger a sync at any time, so you do not have to wait for the automatic update.
How to Refresh Orders
- Go to the Orders page from the left navigation menu.
- Click the Refresh Orders button in the top right corner of the page.
- A confirmation message briefly appears at the top of the screen indicating that Printeez has started syncing your store.
- The Order Import Summary popup opens automatically, showing the results of the sync.
Order Import Summary
The Order Import Summary popup shows the total number of orders imported during the sync, along with the time it took to complete. The results are displayed in two sections: Successful Orders and Failed Orders.
No Orders Imported
If the sync completes with 0 orders imported, the popup lists possible reasons:
- You have not made a sale on your store yet.
- You do not have any active stores in your Printeez account.
- Your orders are older than 90 days.
- Your orders are pending payment from your customers.
- You have already imported all your orders and they are pending in your Printeez account.
Successful Orders
Orders that were successfully imported appear in a table with the following columns:
| Order Number | Store | Customer Name | Order Date |
| The order number from your store. | The store the order came from. | The name of the customer who placed the order. | The date the order was placed. |
Failed Orders
Orders that could not be imported appear in a separate table with the following columns:
| Order Number | Store | Reason |
| The order number from your store. | The store the order came from. | The reason the order could not be imported. |
