When you have multiple orders ready to be sent to Printeez for production, you can submit them all at once with a single action.
Requirements
Before using Bulk Submit Orders, make sure the following are configured in your store settings:
- A warehouse must be assigned in Store Settings > Sync & Import.
- At least one Shipping Rule must be configured in Store Settings > Shipping Rules. See the Shipping Method Not Selected (Shopify) section below for setup instructions.
How to Bulk Submit Orders
Go to the Orders tab.
Click + Bulk Submit Orders.
A new window called Submit Orders will open, showing the number of orders ready to be submitted to production.
Add or Update a Payment Method
If you do not already have a saved payment method:
- Click + Use a different payment method.
- Enter your credit card details.
- Save the payment information.
Submit the Orders
Click Pay $XX.XX (black button).
By clicking Pay, you authorize the charge and submit all included orders to production.
Once the submission is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
Missing Orders
If one or more orders do not appear in the bulk submission list, it usually means the order is incomplete.
Common reasons include:
- The order is not synced to a product in the catalog.
- A shipping method has not been selected.
Correct the issue in the order and then return to the Bulk Submit Orders window.
Accounting Tip
If you prefer to work with fewer invoices, you can refresh the Bulk Submit Orders page once or twice a day. This allows you to group multiple orders into one or two invoices per day, making accounting and reconciliation easier.
Order Warnings
Unavailable for Fulfillment
This warning appears when the order is missing a shipping rate.
To fix the issue:
- Click the new window icon next to the order number.
- The order will open in a separate window.
- Select the correct shipping rate and save the order.
Shipping Method Not Selected (Shopify)
If you are importing orders from your Shopify store, you must configure your Shipping Rules in Store Settings > Shipping Rules before Bulk Submit Orders will work correctly.
To set up shipping rules:
- Go to Stores and open your Shopify store settings.
- Click the Shipping Rules tab.
- Click Auto-Map Shopify Methods to automatically create rules based on your existing Shopify shipping methods, or click Add Shipping Rule to create a rule manually.
When adding a rule manually, fill in the following fields:
- Shipping Service Name: Enter a name or click Choose from Store to select from your Shopify shipping methods.
- Shipping Zone: Select Canada, United States, or International.
- Shipping Method: Select the fulfillment shipping method to map to (e.g., Standard).
Once your shipping rules are saved, return to the Bulk Submit Orders window and resubmit.
