An order has the status Draft when you have started building an order but saved it without completing the checkout. You can return to a draft order at any time to continue and submit it.
Order Overview
When you open a draft order, you will see the full order page where you can continue building and then submit your order.
Draft Order Title
At the top of the page, you will see the name of your draft order. You can rename it at any time by clicking the Edit Order Title button next to the title.
Products
The Products section displays all the items currently in your draft order.
Quick Options
At the top of the product list, you will find three quick action buttons:
- Select All: Select all products in the order at once.
- Edit Quantities: Quickly update the quantity for all selected products.
- Delete Items: Remove selected products from the draft order.
Add Products
To add more items to your draft order, click the Add Products button. This opens your product catalog where you can search and select additional decorated products.
Product List
Each product in the list displays:
- The product name and available sizes with quantity fields.
- A checkmark to confirm the quantity for each size.
Your draft order saves automatically as you make changes, so you will not lose your progress if you leave the page.
Draft Summary
On the right side of the page, the Draft Summary panel shows a summary of your order.
It includes:
- The free shipping threshold, showing how much more you need to add to qualify for free shipping.
- The order subtotal.
- The estimated production and delivery timing.
- Checkout: Click to proceed to the next step and submit the order.
- Delete Draft Order: Click to permanently delete the draft. This action cannot be undone.
Submitting Your Draft Order
When you are ready to submit, click Checkout in the Draft Summary panel. You will be taken through the checkout steps to complete and place your order.
To return to the Orders list without submitting, click the Back to Orders link at the top of the page. Your draft will be saved automatically.
