An order has the status Partially Fulfilled when your production partner has started shipping some items from the order, but not all of them have been dispatched yet.
What This Means
This status occurs when an order contains multiple items that are shipped in separate packages or at different times. For example, if a customer orders 3 t-shirts and 1 hat, and the t-shirts ship first, the order will be marked as Partially Fulfilled until the hat ships as well.
What Happens Automatically
When an order reaches Partially Fulfilled status, Printeez handles customer communication automatically:
- Your customer is automatically notified with tracking information for the items that have already been dispatched.
- Your customer will receive additional notifications as the remaining items in the order are shipped.
No action is required from you. The order will continue to update automatically as each remaining item ships.
What to Expect Next
Once all items in the order have shipped, the order status will automatically update from Partially Fulfilled to Shipped. At that point, your customer will receive a final shipping notification confirming that everything is on its way.
