If there is a problem with a shipped order, such as a defective product, a print quality issue, or the wrong item being sent : you can submit a reprint request directly from the order page. Printeez will review the request and, if approved, a new production order will be created at no extra charge.
How to Request a Reprint
The Request Reprint button is available in the top-right corner of any order with a Shipped status.
Clicking Request Reprint opens a 3-step form:

- Check the box next to each item that requires a reprint. Click Select All to select every item at once.
- For each selected item, a Quantity field will appear, pre-filled with the original order quantity. Adjust the quantity if only a portion of the items need to be reprinted.
- Click Continue to Shipping.
Step 2: Shipping
Choose how the reprinted items should be shipped. The available options are:
- Standard : shipped to the customer’s address via standard delivery
- Pickup : items are held for pickup at the production facility
Click Continue to Review.
