The Manual Store settings page lets you configure the information and payment method for a manually managed sales channel. Manual stores allow you to submit orders to Printeez without connecting to an external e-commerce platform.
To access these settings, go to Stores, click the ⋮ menu on your Manual store card, and select Settings.
Store Info Tab
The Store Info tab contains the branding and contact details that appear on your packing slips.
Store Logo
Upload a PNG, JPG, or SVG image to use as your store logo. This logo will appear on packing slips. Click Upload Image to add or replace the logo.
Store Name
Enter the name of your store. This name will be shown in the Ship From field on shipping labels.
Store Email
Enter your store’s email address. This email will appear on packing slips.
Store Phone Number
Enter your store’s phone number. This phone number will appear on packing slips.
External Review URL
Enter a URL to your review page (e.g., Google Reviews, Trustpilot). This URL will be used to generate a QR code that will appear on packing slips, encouraging customers to leave a review.
Payment Tab
The Payment tab lets you select which saved credit card will be charged for all production invoices on this store.
If you have saved cards on your account, select the card you want to use from the list. To add or manage your saved payment methods, visit Account Settings > Billing Methods.
Saving Your Changes
After making any updates on either tab, click Save Changes to apply them, or Cancel to discard.
