The Cart is where you review, manage, and place your orders on Printeez. You can access your cart in two ways: through the Quick Cart side panel directly from My Products, or through the full Cart page. Both give you full visibility into your order before you proceed to checkout.
Part 1: The Quick Cart
The Quick Cart is a side panel that slides in from the right whenever you click Add to Cart on any product in your My Products page. It lets you review and adjust your cart without leaving the product catalog.
How to Open the Quick Cart
- Go to My Products in the left navigation menu.
- Find any product and click the Add to Cart button at the bottom of the product card.
- The Quick Cart panel slides in from the right side of the screen.
Header Area
At the top of the Quick Cart, you will find the following controls:
- Manual / Auto toggle: Switches between Manual and Auto fulfillment mode. In Manual mode, you control when orders are submitted. In Auto mode, orders are submitted automatically.
- Active only toggle: When enabled, filters the cart to show only items that are actively selected for the current order.
- VIEW CART PAGE: A link in the top right corner that takes you to the full Cart page for more advanced management options.
- Close (X): Closes the Quick Cart panel and returns you to the My Products page.
Free Shipping Banner
Below the header, a banner displays your free shipping status. A progress bar tracks how close you are to reaching the free shipping threshold. Once your order qualifies, the banner displays: “You’ve unlocked free shipping!”
Product List
Each product in your cart is displayed with the following information:
- Product Name & Design: The product name alongside the name of your design.
- Brand & Model Number: The brand and product model reference.
- Volume Discount Banner: Shows how many more items you need to add to unlock a discount (for example: Add 24 more items to unlock 20% off).
- Product Thumbnail: A small image of the decorated product.
- Color / Variant: The name of the color or variant selected.
- Remove: A link below the color name that removes that color variant from the cart.
- Size Columns: Columns for each available size (S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, etc.) with editable quantity fields.
- Stock Count: A number displayed below each size field showing available inventory. Sizes labeled Out of Stock cannot be ordered.
- Line Item Total: The total price for that product row. If a volume discount is applied, the original price appears crossed out above the discounted price.
Footer Area
At the bottom of the Quick Cart panel you will find:
- Subtotal: Displays the total number of items and the subtotal amount.
- Shipping note: Confirms that shipping and taxes will be calculated at checkout.
- Checkout: A full-width black button that takes you directly to the checkout flow.
- Estimated shipping: An estimated shipping window displayed below the checkout button.
Part 2: The Full Cart Page
The full Cart page gives you complete control over your order. It is the best place to do a thorough review before placing a large order, manage multiple products at once, or save your order as a draft to return to later.
How to Access the Full Cart Page
You can access the full Cart page in three ways:
- From the Quick Cart panel: click View cart page in the top right corner.
- From the My Products page: click the Cart icon showing your item count in the top right area of the page.
- From the left sidebar: click Orders, then Cart.
Cart Toolbar
A toolbar runs across the top of the product list with the following controls:
- Active only toggle: Filters the product list to show only items that are checked and actively included in the order. Toggle it off to also see unchecked items.
- Select All: Checks all items in the cart at once, making them all active for the current order.
- Save as Draft Order: Saves the current cart as a draft order so you can come back to it later without losing your quantities and selections.
- Edit Quantities: Enables a bulk editing mode to quickly update quantities across multiple products at the same time.
- Delete Items: Permanently removes the selected items from your cart.
Product List
Each product in the cart is displayed as a row with the following information:
- Checkbox: Select or deselect this item for the current order. Unchecked items are excluded from the subtotal and checkout.
- Product Name & Design: The full product and design name.
- Brand & Model Number: The brand and product reference.
- Volume Discount Banner: A prompt showing how many more items are needed to reach the next discount tier (for example: Add 9 more items to unlock 10% off).
- Product Thumbnail: A preview image of your decorated product.
- Color / Variant Name: The specific color or variant being ordered.
- Size Columns: Each available size shown in a separate column (S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, etc.) with an editable quantity field.
- Unit Price: The price per item for each size, displayed below the quantity field.
- Stock Count: The available inventory for each size, shown as a number below the unit price.
- Out of Stock: Sizes that are currently unavailable are labeled Out of Stock and cannot receive a quantity.
- Line Item Total: The total price for that product row. If a discount has been applied, the original price appears crossed out above the new price.
Cart Summary Panel
On the right side of the Cart page, a fixed Cart Summary panel always shows your order totals at a glance. It contains:
- Clear Cart: A button in the top right of the panel that removes all items from the cart. Use with caution, as this action cannot be undone.
- Free Shipping Banner: A progress bar and message showing your free shipping status. Once unlocked, it displays: You’ve unlocked free shipping!
- Subtotal: The total amount for all active (checked) items in the cart, including the item count.
- Shipping note: Confirms that shipping and taxes will be calculated at checkout.
- CHECKOUT: A large black button that proceeds to the checkout flow for all active items.
- Estimated shipping: Shows an estimated delivery window based on your current order date.
Tips & Best Practices
Use the Active only toggle to focus on just the items you are ordering right now, without removing anything else from your cart.
Watch the Volume Discount banners: adding a few more items to a product row can unlock 10% or 20% off, which can make a significant difference on larger orders.
Use Save as Draft Order if you are still deciding on quantities. Your cart contents and selections will be preserved for when you are ready to proceed.
Check stock counts before ordering: the numbers below each size field show live inventory. Sizes marked Out of Stock are temporarily unavailable.
Use the Quick Cart for fast adjustments and the full Cart page for a thorough review before placing larger or more complex orders.
