The Cart is where you review, manage, and place your orders on Printeez. You can access your cart in two ways: through the Quick Cart side panel directly from My Products, or through the full Cart page. Both give you full visibility into your order before you proceed to checkout.
Part 1: The Quick Cart
The Quick Cart is a side panel that slides in from the right after you add a product from your My Products page. It lets you review and adjust your cart without leaving the product catalog.
How to Add a Product to Your Cart
When you click Add to Cart on a product card, the Quick Cart panel slides in from the right. Your product is added automatically with all available colours listed, you enter quantities directly inside the panel.
- Go to My Products in the left navigation menu.
- Find the product you want to order and click the Add to Cart button at the bottom of its product card. You can also click the ... three-dot menu on the card and select Add to Cart.
- The Quick Cart panel slides in from the right with the product and all its available colours displayed. Enter quantities by size for each colour you want to order.
- The subtotal at the bottom of the panel updates in real time as you enter quantities.
The Quick Cart Panel
The Quick Cart panel slides in from the right side of the screen when you click Add to Cart on any product.
Header:
- Your Cart: the panel title, displayed alongside your active warehouse flag (🇨🇦 for Printeez Canada, 🇺🇸 for Printeez USA)
- Active Only toggle: when enabled, filters the cart to show only items that are checked and included in the current order
- View Cart Page: a link in the top right corner that takes you to the full Cart page
- Close (X): closes the Quick Cart panel and returns you to My Products
Product List — each product in the cart is shown as a group:
- Checkbox: select or deselect this product for the current order
- Product Name & Design: displayed in bold
- Brand & Model Number: displayed in gray below the product name
- Volume Discount Banner: appears at the top right of the product group and shows how many more items you need to unlock the next discount tier — for example: "ADD 8 MORE ITEMS TO UNLOCK 37% OFF". As you enter quantities and reach a discount threshold, prices update in real time: the original price appears crossed out and the discounted price is shown below it on each size column.
- Remove: removes the entire product from the cart
Each colour variant within a product is listed as a separate row:
- Colour Checkbox: select or deselect this colour for the current order
- Colour Thumbnail: a small preview image of the product in that colour
- Colour Name: the name of the colour or variant
- Remove: removes only this colour variant from the cart
- Size Columns: editable quantity fields for each available size, with the unit price shown above and the stock count below. When a volume discount is applied, the original price appears crossed out and the discounted price replaces it.
- Line Item Total: appears on the right of the colour row as soon as you enter a quantity, showing the total cost for that colour and size combination
- Out of Stock: sizes that are currently unavailable are labeled Out of Stock and cannot receive a quantity
Footer:
- Subtotal: the total number of items and the order subtotal. A + Setup Fee link shows any applicable setup fees.
- Shipping note: confirms that shipping and taxes will be calculated at checkout
- Checkout: a full-width black button that takes you directly to the checkout flow
- Estimated shipping: an estimated delivery window based on your current order date
Part 2: The Full Cart Page
The full Cart page gives you complete control over your order. It is the best place to do a thorough review before placing a large order, manage multiple products at once, or save your order as a draft to return to later.
How to Access the Full Cart Page
You can access the full Cart page in two ways:
- From the Quick Cart panel: click View cart page in the top right corner
- From any page: click the cart icon showing your item count in the top right of the app header
Cart Toolbar
A toolbar runs across the top of the product list with the following controls:
- Active only: filters the product list to show only items that are checked and actively included in the order
- Select All / Deselect All: checks or unchecks all items in the cart at once
- Save as Draft Order: saves the current cart as a draft order so you can come back to it later without losing your quantities and selections
- Edit Quantities: enables a bulk editing mode to quickly update quantities across multiple products at the same time
- Delete Items: permanently removes the selected items from your cart
Product List
Each product in the cart is displayed as a row with the following information:
- Checkbox: select or deselect this item for the current order. Unchecked items are excluded from the subtotal and checkout.
- Product Name & Design: the full product and design name
- Brand & Model Number: the brand and product reference
- Volume Discount Banner: appears at the top right of the product row and shows how many more items are needed to reach the next discount tier — for example: "ADD 8 MORE ITEMS TO UNLOCK 37% OFF". As you add more items, prices update in real time: the original price appears crossed out and the discounted price is shown below it on each size column.
- Product Thumbnail: a preview image of your decorated product
- Colour / Variant Name: the specific colour or variant being ordered
- Size Columns: each available size shown in a separate column with an editable quantity field
- Unit Price: the price per item for each size, displayed below the quantity field
- Stock Count: the available inventory for each size
- Out of Stock: sizes that are currently unavailable are labeled Out of Stock and cannot receive a quantity
- Line Item Total: the total price for that product row. If a discount has been applied, the original price appears crossed out above the new price.
Cart Summary Panel
On the right side of the Cart page, a fixed Cart Summary panel shows your order totals at a glance:
- Clear Cart: removes all items from the cart. Use with caution, this action cannot be undone.
- Free Shipping Banner: a progress bar and message showing your free shipping status. Once unlocked, it displays: You've unlocked free shipping!
- Subtotal: the total amount for all active (checked) items in the cart, including item count and any applicable setup fees
- Shipping note: confirms that shipping and taxes will be calculated at checkout
- Checkout: a large black button that proceeds to the checkout flow for all active items
- Estimated shipping: shows an estimated delivery window based on your current order date
Tips & Best Practices
- Order multiple colours at once: when the Quick Cart opens after clicking Add to Cart, all available colours are listed. Simply enter quantities for each colour you want in the same panel before checking out.
- Use Active only: to focus on just the items you are ordering right now, without removing anything else from your cart.
- Watch the Volume Discount banners: the banner next to each product name tells you exactly how many more items you need to reach the next discount tier. Prices update in real time as you enter quantities, so you can see the savings before you check out.
- Use Save as Draft Order: if you are still deciding on quantities. Your cart contents and selections will be preserved.
- Check stock counts before ordering: the numbers below each size field show live inventory. Sizes marked Out of Stock are temporarily unavailable.
- Use the Quick Cart for fast adjustments: and the full Cart page for a thorough review before placing larger or more complex orders.
