The Feedback section is your direct line to the Printeez team. It is where you can share your thoughts, suggest new features, and stay informed about the latest improvements to the platform.
When you click Feedback in the left menu, a panel also opens on the right side of the screen. This panel is powered by the Printeez feedback portal and gives you a community view of feature requests and announcements. It has two tabs: Feedback and Feature Releases.
Feedback Tab
The Feedback tab shows feature requests submitted by Printeez users. You can browse existing ideas, vote on the ones that matter most to you, and add your own suggestions.
- Add New Feedback : Click the + Add New Feedback button to submit a new feature idea or suggestion. Describe your idea clearly so others can understand and vote on it.
- Upvote : Each feedback item shows a vote count with an upvote arrow. Click it to support ideas you agree with. The more votes an idea receives, the higher it ranks in the list.
- Trending sort : By default, feedback is sorted by Trending, showing the most popular and active ideas first. You can use the sort dropdown to change the view.
- Filter : Use the Filter button to narrow the list by category or tag.
- Comments : Click on any feedback item to read the full description, leave a comment, or see what others have said.
Voting and commenting on existing ideas is one of the most effective ways to influence what gets built next. Ideas with strong community support are reviewed by the Printeez product team when planning upcoming releases.
Feature Releases Tab
The Feature Releases tab is where Printeez announces new features, improvements, and updates to the platform. Each release entry includes a title, a category tag (such as Improvement, New Feature, or Announcement), a description of what changed, and any related screenshots.
- Improvement : An enhancement to an existing feature based on user feedback.
- New Feature : A brand new capability added to the platform.
- Announcement : A general update or news from the Printeez team.
You can click Subscribe to updates at the top of the Feature Releases tab to receive notifications whenever a new release is published. This is the best way to stay informed about what is new without having to check back manually.
Feature releases often reference the original feedback request that inspired the change, so you can see directly how community input shapes the platform.
