User Settings is where you manage your personal account information, including your name, phone number, email address, and password. You can access it by going to My Account in the left navigation menu and selecting User Settings.
Change Name
This section lets you update the name associated with your Printeez On Demand account.
- Name : The text field displaying your current account name. Click into it and type your updated name.
- Change Name : Click this button to save your new name. The change takes effect immediately.
Change Phone Number
This section lets you update the phone number associated with your account.
- Phone Number : The text field displaying your current phone number. Click into it and enter your new phone number.
- Change Phone Number : Click this button to save your updated phone number.
Change Email
This section lets you update the email address used to log in to your account. For security, you must confirm your current password before the change is applied.
- Email : The text field showing your current email address. Enter the new email address you want to use.
- Current Password : Enter your current account password to verify your identity before changing your email.
- Change Email : Click this button to submit the email change. Once confirmed, your new email will be used for all future login and communication.
Change Password
This section lets you update your account password. You must provide your current password as well as your new password twice to confirm the change.
- New Password : Enter the new password you want to use for your account.
- Confirm New Password : Re-enter your new password to confirm it matches.
- Current Password : Enter your existing account password to authorize the change.
- Change Password : Click this button to apply the new password. You will continue to be logged in and your new password will be required on your next login.
Tips & Best Practices
- Keep your email up to date. Your account email is used for order confirmations, billing notices, and support communication.
- Use a strong password. Choose a password that is at least 8 characters long and includes a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Your current password is required for email and password changes. Have it ready before making updates to sensitive account fields.
