Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically applied at checkout or when an order is synced from your connected store. Rates vary depending on your plan level:
- Standard Plan : First item: $10.50 | Additional items: $2.50 each | Capped at $100 per order | Free shipping on orders $750+
- Premium Plan : First item: $9.50 | Additional items: $1.25 each | Capped at $80 per order | Free shipping on orders $750+
- Enterprise Plan : Custom rates based on your agreement with Printeez
Free shipping applies to orders of $750 or more, within Canada only.
How We Choose Your Shipping Carrier
All shipments are processed through our Smart Live-Rate Algorithm. The system automatically compares live rates and service times across all our carrier partners, then selects the fastest and most affordable option for each order.
Our carrier network includes:
- FedEx
- GLS
- Purolator
- UPS
- Chit Chats
- Canada Post
Even though live rates are used internally, your customer only ever sees your flat-rate plan pricing. The carrier selection is invisible to your end customer.
Lost Orders
If tracking shows no movement or delivery scan within 30 days of shipment, you should submit a request reprint through your order's Request Reprint button. Our team will investigate and reprint your order at no cost if the package is confirmed lost.
Tracking Shows "Delivered" But Package Not Received
If the carrier has marked a package as delivered but your customer has not received it, Printeez is unable to reprint or refund the order. Once a carrier confirms delivery, the shipment is considered fulfilled.
We recommend your customer:
- Check with neighbours or building staff
- Look around all entry points of their address
- Contact their local post office or carrier directly
- Wait 24–48 hours, as some carriers mark items delivered prematurely
