How to Contact Support
Printeez support is available to help with order issues, billing questions, technical problems, and general account inquiries.
- Live Chat: Available Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4 PM ET. Access via the chat icon in your dashboard.
- Email: support@printeez.com. Response within 1 business day. For urgent production issues, always use live chat or phone.
- Phone: Available during business hours for urgent issues. The phone number is listed in your dashboard under Support — Contact Support.
When contacting support, always include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots. This helps our team resolve your case faster.
Production Issue Claims (Report Issue)
If an order has a defect, wrong item, wrong size, or any production error, you can report it directly from the order in your dashboard:
- Open the affected order in your dashboard
- Request Reprint: Click this button on the order detail page
- Select the issue type (damaged, wrong item, wrong size, print defect, not received)
- Attach clear photos showing the problem
- Submit: our team will review your claim within 1 business day
If the claim is approved, Printeez will reprint and reship the order at no additional cost. You do not need to return the defective item.
All production claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for a reprint or resolution.
Platform Updates and New Features
Printeez regularly releases updates to the dashboard, new product catalog additions, and new integrations. To see what's new, head to your Dashboard, open the Feedback section, and click the Feature Releases tab. You'll find a running log of platform updates, new features, and catalog additions, all in one place.
If you notice something unexpected in the dashboard after an update, clear your browser cache first. Most display issues are resolved this way. If the problem persists, contact support.
Feedback and Feature Requests
Printeez values merchant feedback and actively uses it to prioritize new features and improvements.
To submit feedback or request a new feature:
- Go to Feedback - +Add New Feedback in your dashboard
- Describe the feature or improvement you would like to see
- Submit Feedback, our product team reviews all submissions
