What Is Printeez?
Printeez is a print-on-demand and fulfillment partner based in Canada and USA. We produce custom-printed apparel and accessories on your behalf, then ship directly to your customers under your brand.
If you have a store, you run the storefront and manage your customers, Printeez handles everything behind the scenes: printing, quality control, packing, and shipping.
- Print on Demand: Products are made only when an order is placed. No inventory, no minimums (except for certain specialty services).
- White Label Fulfillment: Packages ship without Printeez branding. Your customers see your brand, not ours.
Printeez operates two production facilities: Printeez (Granby, QC) serving Canada with CAD pricing, and Printeez USA (Lakewood Ranch, FL) serving the United States with USD pricing.
Creating Your Account
To get started with Printeez, you need to create an account. Account creation requires an email address and basic information.
To create your account:
- Visit printeez.com and click Get Started
- Enter your name, email address, and create a password
- Verify your email address using the confirmation link sent to your inbox
- Log in and complete your business profile under My Account
Production Region selector
When you first log in, Printeez will prompt you to choose your production region:
- Printeez CANADA — Granby, QC (CAD pricing, built for delivery across Canada)
- Printeez USA — Lakewood Ranch, FL (USD pricing, built for delivery across the United States)
Also note: A Switch warehouse button in the app header lets you change your production region at any time.
Choosing a Plan
Printeez offers three plan levels to fit different business sizes and volumes. All plans include access to the full product catalog, dashboard, and platform integrations.
- Standard plan: $0/month. Ideal for anyone wanting to order custom apparel, no store required. Includes 25 AI design credits. No minimum order quantities.
- Premium plan: $119.00/month (or discounted yearly, save up to 20%). Aimed at people running POD stores who need lower unit pricing and automation. Includes: Unlimited AI design tools (upscale, remove backgrounds, vectorize), Optimized unit pricing, Higher margins, Priority production queue, Dedicated account support.
- Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing for high-volume businesses or brands. Includes dedicated account management, custom rates, and SLA commitments.
You can view full plan pricing and features in your dashboard under My Account → Subscriptions. You can upgrade or change plans at any time from the same location.
There is no setup fee or minimum monthly order requirement on Standard or Premium plans. Enterprise plans may have minimum volume commitments depending on your agreement.
