The Crop tool lets you trim your artwork directly in the Design Tool without needing to edit the original file. This is useful for removing unwanted borders, white or transparent space, or parts of an image before printing.
How to Crop
- In the Artwork & Layers tab, select the artwork layer you want to crop.
- Click the Crop option in the layer's tool options.
- Crop handles appear around the artwork on the canvas. Drag the handles to define the area you want to keep.
- Click Apply (green check icon) to apply the crop. The artwork is trimmed to your selection.
Notes
- Cropping is non-destructive — the original file in your Artworks Library is not modified.
- You can undo a crop using the Undo button at the top of the canvas.
- For best results, use a PNG with transparent background or remove background, so you only need to crop to the artwork boundaries.
