When you are finished designing, the final step in the Design Tool is to save your product. Printeez calculates a production estimate before saving so you can review the cost and production details.
How to Save
- Review your design on the canvas. Make sure your artwork is positioned correctly on all print locations you have configured.
- A product estimate (price and avaibility) shows to the right in the Product Tab. It is showing a breakdown of the estimated cost and production details for your product.
- Review the estimate product pricing and the estimate production time to the left of the Save button. If everything looks correct, confirm to save your product.
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the right panel.
- Your product is saved to My Products and is ready to order or push to your store.
What the Product Estimate Shows
- Decoration method: the method applied (DTG, DTF, Embroidery, or Finishing)
- Print locations: which areas have artwork and their associated costs
- Estimated production cost: the per-item cost for producing this decorated product
- Production lead time: how many business days it typically takes to produce this product (to the left of the Save button)
Editing After Saving
You can reopen a saved product in the Design Tool at any time by clicking the edit icon on its product card in My Products, or by selecting Edit Product from the ••• menu. Changes you make are saved as a new version of the product.
