When your Artworks Library contains many files, the search bar makes it easy to quickly locate a specific artwork by name.
How to Search
- Go to Artworks in the left navigation.
- Click the search bar at the top of the library.
- Type the name (or part of the name) of the artwork file you are looking for.
- The library grid filters in real time to show only matching files.
- Click the X in the search bar or clear the field to remove the filter and show all files.
Searching Within a Folder
If you have a folder selected, the search applies only to the files inside that folder. To search across your entire library, make sure no folder is selected (click All or the root view).
Tips
- File naming convention: using descriptive, consistent file names (e.g., logo-black-v2.png, summer-collection-front.svg) makes searching faster
- Folders as categories: combine folders and search: first click the relevant folder, then search within it to narrow results
