The Help page allows you to reach out to the Printeez support team directly from the app. It is accessible by clicking Help in the left navigation menu.
Contact Us Form
The page displays a Contact Us form with the following fields:
- Company name: pre-filled with your company name
- Email: pre-filled with your account email address
- Subject: a dropdown with the following options:
- I want to learn more about your product offerings
- I need help with my account
- I need help with placing a new order
- I want to report a bug or technical issue
- Message: a free-text area where you describe your question or issue
Once all fields are filled in, click the Submit button to send your message to the support team.
Important Note for Order Issues
If your problem is about a specific order, use the Request Reprint button on the order detail page rather than this form. That route is faster and automatically links your message to the order.
