1. Order Cancellations
You can cancel an order only if production has not yet started. Once printing begins, the order cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded for any reason.
- Before production: Contact our support team as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Cancellations are only possible before the order enters production.
- After production starts: The order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. Please review your orders carefully before submitting.
- Production error or lost shipment : If an error occurs on our end, such as a production defect or a lost shipment, we will reprint the affected order at no cost to you.
Tip:
Double-check product quantities, sizes, and shipping addresses before submitting your order to avoid issues that cannot be corrected after production starts.
2. Return Policy
Printeez does not accept returns for any orders placed through the platform. This policy applies to all situations including sizing issues, changes of mind, or any other reason not related to a production error.
- No returns accepted : Orders cannot be returned to Printeez for any reason, including sizing dissatisfaction or order changes.
- Production mistake exception : If there was a printing, manufacturing, or production mistake on our end, we will gladly send a replacement to the customer at no charge.
- Customer returns (B2B) : Your end customers cannot return orders directly to Printeez. All return requests from your customers must go through you. You decide how to handle them, refund, reorder, or exchange. Packages returned to our facility without authorization will be discarded.
- No return handling or storage : Printeez is a production and fulfillment partner, not a third-party logistics (3PL) provider. We do not offer return handling or storage services. You are responsible for managing your own customer returns, exchanges, and refunds.
3. Refund Policy
Printeez does not offer refunds for orders once they are placed and processed. This policy is firm and applies regardless of the circumstances, with one exception.
- No refunds : Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- Production mistake exception : If a printing, manufacturing, or production mistake was made on our end, we will provide a replacement order free of charge.
- Lost or stolen shipments : If a shipment has been lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, no refund will be issued. You will need to place a new order for a replacement.
- Wrong shipping address : If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you or your customer, we will notify you. You will be responsible for paying the reshipment fees to send it again.
4. Replacement & Claims Process
If you believe there was a production mistake, a lost shipment, or any issue requiring a replacement, here is how to submit a claim.
How to Submit a Claim
- Deadline : Submit your claim within 30 days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
- Request Reprint : From your Printeez Account.
Our customer support team will review your claim and respond promptly. If the issue is confirmed to be on our end, we will arrange a replacement order at no cost to you.
What Is Eligible for a Replacement
- Production defects : Misprints, manufacturing errors.
- Lost shipments : Orders that were never delivered and confirmed lost by the carrier.
- Shipping address errors : Packages returned to our facility due to an incorrect address. Note that reshipment fees apply in this case.
What Is Not Eligible
- Sizing issues : You or your customer must place a new order if the size does not fit. Printeez is not responsible for size selection.
- Change of mind : Orders cannot be replaced or refunded due to a change of mind after production.
- Lost or stolen after delivery : If tracking shows the package was delivered, Printeez will not issue a replacement or refund.
5. Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 6 to 12 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or for large custom orders, processing times may be extended. You will be notified promptly if there is a delay.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Printeez offers standard shipping methods. Availability may vary based on the destination and items ordered. Our primary shipping carriers include:
- ChitChats
- GLS
- Purolator
- FedEx
- UPS
- Canada Post
- USPS
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your subscription plan, the shipping method selected, and the destination address. You will see shipping cost estimates at checkout before confirming your order. Free shipping is available on all orders over $750 across Canada.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
International Shipping
Printeez offers international shipping to select destinations. For international orders, please note:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
- Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs clearance procedures.
Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Printeez cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details. If an incorrectly addressed package is returned to us, reshipment fees will apply.
Shipping Damage or Loss in Transit
In the rare event that an order is damaged or lost during transit (before delivery), request a reprint through your Printeez account.
Important
If tracking confirms the order was delivered but it is then lost or stolen, Printeez will not issue a refund. A new order must be placed.
6. Enterprise Policy
Printeez offers special programs for approved resellers and enterprise clients with higher order volumes or specific business needs.
- Custom pricing : Volume-based pricing tailored to your order size and frequency.
- Invoicing options : Flexible billing arrangements available for enterprise accounts.
- Dedicated support : Access to a dedicated account manager for personalized assistance.

By using Printeez, you agree to the full Terms of Service. Here are the most important points:
- Eligibility : You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our platform.
- Lawful use : You agree to use Printeez for lawful purposes only, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Intellectual property : All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on Printeez.com are the property of Printeez or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
- Your content : By submitting designs or images to Printeez, you grant us a license to use them to fulfill your orders. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all content you submit.
- Payment : You agree to pay the specified price for all products ordered, plus applicable taxes and shipping fees. All transactions are processed securely.
- Limitation of liability : Printeez and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
- Governing law : These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
- Policy changes : Printeez reserves the right to update any policies at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review our policies periodically.
