Once your order has completed production, the status updates to Shipped. All production stages are complete and your items are on their way to the customer.
Page Header
When you open a Shipped order, the top of the page displays:
- Order number and Order ID: the order name (e.g., Order # ORD-0003) and the internal ID assigned by Printeez
- SHIPPED status badge: displayed in green, followed by the creation date and the date submitted to production
- Action buttons: three buttons in the top-right corner (described below)
Action Buttons
- Order Update History: opens a log of all updates made to this order since it was created. A badge on the button shows the number of updates.
- Duplicate Order: creates a new order pre-filled with the same products. See the Duplicate Order article for more information.
- Request Reprint: submits a reprint request if there was a production issue with this order. See the Request Reprint article for more information.
Dispatch & Shipping Information
Below the header, a section displays the dispatch and shipping details for the order:
- Dispatched [date and time]: the date and time the order was handed to the carrier or picked up
- Produced by [facility]: the Printeez facility that produced the order (e.g., Produced by Printeez Inc · Granby, QC)
- Payment History: a button in the top-right of this section that opens a panel showing all payment transactions for the order (transaction number, date, method, amount, status, and a receipt download link)
- Shipping To: the customer's full shipping address
- Shipping Method: the carrier or method used for this shipment. For carrier-shipped orders, the tracking number is also displayed here so you and your customer can monitor delivery.
Product Rows
Each product in the order is displayed as a row showing:
- Product name and brand: displayed as Design Name | Brand Model
- Colour variant: the specific colour ordered
- Sizes and quantities: shown as size columns with the quantity and unit price per size (e.g., M × 1, L × 3)
- Discounted pricing: if a volume discount was applied, the original price appears crossed out with the discounted price shown beside it
- Line item total: the total price for that product row
Production Progress
At the bottom of the order section, a progress bar shows the production status across four summary stages:
- Inventory: items confirmed in stock
- Picked: items pulled from inventory for printing
- Printed: items printed
- QC Passed: items passed quality control
Each stage shows a count of completed items out of the total (e.g., 4/4).
Production Details
Click View production details to expand the full production timeline for every individual item in the order. For a Shipped order, all seven stages are complete for every item:
- Inventory: item confirmed in stock
- Picked: item pulled from inventory, with timestamp
- Front | Printed: front of the item printed, with timestamp
- Front | QC Check: front of the item passed quality control, with timestamp
- Back | Printed: back of the item printed, with timestamp
- Back | QC Check: back of the item passed quality control, with timestamp
- Shipped: item dispatched, with timestamp
Order Summary Panel
The right-side panel shows the full cost breakdown for the order:
- Items: total cost of all products before adjustments
- Savings: volume discount savings applied to this order, shown as a negative amount
- Shipping: shipping cost charged by Printeez
- Tax: applicable taxes
- Total: the final amount charged
Customer Information
Below the cost breakdown, the panel displays:
- Customer name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Total orders: the total number of orders from this customer
- Shipping address: the full delivery address for this order
