The final status your order will reach after production is Shipped. At this stage, the order has left the Printeez production facility and the final shipping information is available in the order details.
Order Overview
When you open an order with the status Shipped, several sections display detailed information about the completed order.
1. Order Info
This section includes the main order details:
- Order Number: The order number from your connected store.
- Order ID: The internal number assigned by Printeez for production.
- Status: Shipped.
- Dates: Order creation date and date submitted to production.
2. Duplicate Order & Request Reprint
Duplicate Order
You can duplicate the order if you want to place the same order again or create a similar order without starting from scratch. Click the Duplicate Order button located at the top right of the page.

Request a Reprint
If an issue occurred with the order due to a production error, you can request a reprint. This includes cases such as a defective product, print quality issue, wrong product sent, damaged in transit, or lost in transit.
Click Request Reprint directly from the affected order.

3. Production & Shipping Management
Production Warehouse
This section shows where the order was produced. Example: Printed in Canada by Printeez Inc
Payment History
Click Payment History to open a popup window displaying:
- Transaction number.
- Transaction date.
- Payment method.
- Amount.
- Transaction status.
- Receipt: Click Download to download a PDF copy of the invoice.
Shipping Information
This section displays the final shipping information:
- Your shipment was dispatched on: The date the shipping label was printed.
- Tracking Number: The tracking number with a link to track the shipment.
If you selected warehouse pickup, the shipping method will display Pickup.
Once the shipping label has been printed, the shipping address can no longer be modified.
If you have questions about the delivery, you may contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to the Printeez support team if there appears to be an issue with the delivery of the order.
Product Details
In this section, you will see:
- Total items ordered per product.
- Product name.
- Size.
- Colour.
- Price per item.
- Total price per product.
Production Details
The Production Details section provides a timeline of the production process per item. The date and time is displayed for each completed step:
- Inventory: Item confirmed in stock.
- Picked: Item picked from the warehouse.
- Printed: Item printed.
- QC Check: Item passed quality control.
- Shipped: Item shipped.
Shipping Details
This section includes:
- From: Where the order was shipped from (Printeez warehouse).
- To: Customer's city, province/state, and country.
- Method: Shipping carrier name.
- Cost: Shipping cost charged by Printeez.
- Weight: Order weight in lb.
4. Customer Information
On the right side of the page, you will find the customer's details:
- Customer's name.
- Email address.
- Phone number.
- Total number of orders from this customer.
- Full shipping address.
